The S34E - 64 - 60A energy - saving feedback capacity grading cabinet is an innovative and practical efficient detection device that is specially designed for the Lithium Ion Battery Tester. It is mainly used for parameter testing and grade sorting of cells in the battery formation and capacity grading stages. The construction of the equipment is in a modular form and consists of 64 independent constant current and constant voltage testers, supporting high - current charging and discharging of up to 60A inorder to match testing requirements of high power batteries. The core highlight of the S34E - 64 - 60A capacity grading cabinet is the bidirectional energy feedback technologies. The efficiencies of the energy feedback methods are greater than 80% charging and greater than 70% discharging, making it substantially more efficient than most devices on the market. The equipment also has the ability to accurately test batteries with specified voltages below 4.5V. The equipment is compatible with batteries with 2-side tabs (length=230 - 265mm and width=110 - 180mm). The four-wire interface enables the performance of voltage measurement at an accuracy of ±0.5‰. The system has built in 12-fold safety protection parameters, including reverse connection protection, over-voltage protection, as well as data breakpoint recovery, ensuring the stability of the overall test scenarios. The software supports docking with the MES system and automatic reporting via Excel, and can perform intelligent sorting according to parameters, including capacity and voltage.
