Device Description

The high-tech Battery Tester For Lithium Batteries is designed for testing cylindrical, prismatic, and polymer lithium ion batteries. It is equipped with a 64 channel independent control system and an ultra high current testing range of 120mA to 60A. It is an energy regenerative testing device that accepts cylindrical batteries from a diameter of 32-60mm and a length of 80-200mm, prismatic batteries from a length of 80-220mm, a thickness of 20-70mm, height of 80-220mm and a tab spacing of 60-150mm with custom polymer batteries. It can be utilized in power battery manufacturing, energy storage system testing, and research institutions.

The Battery Charge Discharge Tester utilizes third generation energy regeneration technology to achieve a discharging efficiency of 70% and charging efficiency is 80%. Accurate testing

Voltage accuracy is ±(0.5‰ reading + 0.5‰ full scale) Current accuracy is ±(0.5‰ reading + 0.5‰ full scale). The four-wire testing interface eliminates contact resistance. 

Intelligent safety protection

There are 13 levels of safety protection, which includes reverse connection, short circuit, and over-temperature. Each abnormal channel will be automatically isolated with a tri-color light warning. The data security is ensured by a triple power-off protection mechanism.
