POLISHING PROCESSING

Because of the high hardness of cemented carbide MECHANICAL SEAL RINGS, it is difficult to polish. The finer the particles are, the lower the polishing difficulty is. The thicker the particles are, the greater the polishing difficulty is. If the Carbide Plate needs to be polished to mirror finishing, it will be more difficult. Now Langsun Carbide generally adopts two modes of grinding wheel polishing and polishing paste polishing for our carbide wear parts: Our polishing methods are as follows: 1. Regular round polishing method The regular round tungsten carbide can be polished to the mirror surface by using 2000 grain diamond grinding wheel to directly grind and polish on the centerless grinder. 2. Regular square polishing method Regular square, mostly processed on a surface grinder, can be polished with 2000 grain diamond grinding wheel. 3. Polishing method of special-shaped tungsten steel inner hole When polishing tungsten steel, it is difficult to process and polish special-shaped products. For example, if the inner hole is irregular in shape, the inner hole can be filled with cloth strips to fix the workpiece. Two people pull the workpiece. When the product is hot, the finish will be a mirror. 4. Polishing method of profiled tungsten carbide Tungsten carbide products are polished irregularly. Most of them are polished by ultrasonic first, then 4000-grain size polishing paste is added. The mirror surface can be achieved by polishing it with the moving grinder.
