a. Heating device

The heating temperature is monitored in real time by a temperature sensor, and the temperature closed-loop control is achieved with a temperature control module (such as a PLC or PID controller). b. Transfer film supply mechanism
The heat transfer film is printed with a gravure printer, and is cut into different widths and installed on the heat transfer machine when in use. The transportation of the heat transfer film ensures that the position of the pattern and product meets the needs of the user. Therefore, the conveying device of the thermal transfer film usually includes a photoelectric switch, tension control, and traction motor.
3. Pressure device
The silicone roller presses the thermal transfer film onto the product by pressure. In most cases, an electric device is used. In order to precisely adjust the pressure, some machines also use servo motor control.
4. Discharging system
The discharging system includes a feeding device and a small conveyor belt. The feeding device will remove the product and place it on the conveyor belt according to the external characteristics of the product.
5. Control system
The structure and technology of the thermal transfer machine are relatively mature, and its operation is generally controlled by a microcomputer operation panel.
