     Main characteristics of the instrument：

1) Automatic image registration function: no need to locate the workpiece or clamp; the product is placed randomly to achieve automatic identification and measurement. Multiple measuring workpieces can be identified and calculated at the same time, and the results can be output;

2) The image sensor adopts imported high-definition 20 million pixels CCD, and the Gige Gigabit Ethernet card (transmission rate: 1G/S) matched with it makes the image clear and acceptable;

3) Imported bilateral telecentric lenses are used, together with parallel telecentric transmission light (transmission system), programmable four-zone annular shadowless falling light (falling light system), coaxial falling light, and low angle shadowless falling light (optional light source), to ensure the authenticity, stability and observability of the product image to be measured, making the measured data very close to the actual value, and the repeated measurement data very stable, The operator will not doubt the measurement results due to significant data differences.

4) The instrument controller produced with new technology (including built-in and external) can be directly matched with the latest intelligent software, which makes the instrument light control, worktable movement control, and camera exposure control very simple and easy to operate.

5) The internal framework and workbench of the whole machine are made of aviation aluminum profiles to ensure the instrument's stability. The outer cover is which is natural, non-toxic, clean, and beautiful ABS plastic.
