The plate heat exchanger unit has been widely used in circulating water heating, circulating water cooling, central heating and domestic hot water. After the medium is exchanged by the plate heat exchanger, the required medium temperature is reached, which has the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency, compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple and reliable operation.

Generally, the total heat transfer coefficient of the plate heat exchanger is more than 1-3 times larger than that of the tube heat exchanger. The circulation area of the plate heat exchanger is 5 times larger than that of the tube heat exchanger in the same heat transfer area, and the pressure drop is small.

Applications of Air Cross heat exchanger:  Charge air cooling. Welded plate heat exchanger is mainly used in ammonia refrigeration, sulfuric acid, caustic soda, petrochemical, metallurgy, machinery, pharmaceutical, food and other industrial fields. A thin rectangular channel is formed between various plates of brazed plate heat exchanger, through which the heat is exchanged.
