Plate And Shell Heat Exchanger For Oil Heaters

Plate and shell heat exchanger is a new type of heat exchanger with a group of corrugated plates welded by laser or automatic plasma welding into the shell, instead of the heat exchange tubes of the original shell and tube heat exchanger, and the plate group as the heat transfer element It is mainly composed of two parts: plate group and shell.  The cold-pressed plates are welded by laser or automatic plasma to form a plate group with two different medium flow channels.  

The plate and shell heat exchanger is heavier than the frame weight of the plate heat exchanger. The plate heat exchanger plates pairs are welded into a bundle through the wing edge group, and the plates are welded around the staggered. This unique structure can make the heat transfer plate form another fluid channel through the wing edge welding. Therefore, a plurality of plate bundles are connected by welding to form two fluid channels, that is, the inter-plate flow channel and the inter-tube flow channel, which constitute the core structure of the all-welded plate heat exchanger.
