The gasket plate heat exchanger is mainly a heat exchange unit composed of two components: plate heat exchanger plates and plate heat exchanger gaskets. When we disassemble, the plate heat exchanger gaskets are removed from the plate during cleaning, and then the cleaning method suitable for yourself is selected according to the situation of scaling. (Generally, it can be cleaned with a high pressure water gun) After the cleaned gasket is dried, the gasket is pressed and fastened along the sealing groove of the plate, and each unit is operated in this way. After the gasket is hung, A two-channel seal will be formed on the plate, then we call the first plate A plate, the second plate is called the B plate, and the principle is: if the second seal of the A plate is on the left, then the second seal of the B plate must be on the right, so that the plate heat exchanger plate installation will not be wrong.

Brazing heat exchanger has four components: stainless steel plate, copper foil, end plate and nozzle. The flow rate, physical properties, pressure drop and temperature difference of the fluid in the brazed plate heat exchanger determine the number and size of the plates.
