Water-to-air Stainless Steel Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger Condenser

The brazed plate heat exchanger is made of a number of plates pressed into a standard wear-resistant stainless steel plate and a high-purity brass plate (or nickel plate) separated by vacuum brazing. The ridges of the adjacent plates are opposite in direction, and the ripples and ridges intersect each other to form a large number of contact solder spots, which are formed by vacuum brazing, thus forming a complex flow channel unit in the heat exchanger to allow hot and cold fluids to flow through. Compared with gasket plate heat exchanger, the whole equipment has no gasket and no outer frame, forming a compact plate heat exchanger with high heat transfer efficiency, and can withstand continuous high temperature (maximum temperature of 250 degrees) and high pressure (maximum pressure of 45bar) under the condition of operation, less liquid stagnation, easy installation, light weight, maintenance-free, economic and energy saving.
