At the same time, PC materials still have good biocompatibility and will not produce harmful substances to the human body, ensuring the safety and reliability of medical devices.

In the plastic molds manufacturing process, S136 mold insert steel and hot runner technology are used. S136 steel has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and polishing properties, ensuring that the mold maintains high precision and stability during long-term use. The application of hot runner technology can improve the efficiency of plastic melting and flow, reduce production costs, and improve product quality.
