The melting point of this material is 245-255°C, and it can still maintain its stable performance at high temperature, and has good acid and alkali resistance and solvent resistance commonly used in used in military engineering. The mold surface finish adopts VDI 27, which makes the product more beautiful and applicable. The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained, the gate way used hot runner system. The structure of the product is very complex, have 3 sets of auto-demolding device by male thread, 4 sets of Sliders. These movable mechanisms are driven by hydraulic cylinders, and the action process is controlled by electronic switches. The mold processing precision is high, the mechanical action coordination is very perfect, the product has no flash, no defect, and the size is very stable.
