Water-to-Water Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger Condenser

Brazed plate heat exchanger is a new type of high efficiency heat exchanger made by brazing a series of metal sheets with certain corrugated shape. A thin rectangular channel is formed between various plates, through which heat is exchanged. Compared with conventional shell and tube heat exchanger, its heat transfer coefficient is much higher under the same active resistance and pump power consumption, and there is a trend to replace shell and tube heat exchanger in the applicable scale.
Applications are refrigeration: can be used as condenser and evaporator. 

Hvac: Central heat exchangers for cooperative boilers, central heat exchangers for high-rise buildings, etc. 

Chemical industry: soda ash industry, ammonia composition, alcohol fermentation, resin composition cooling, etc. 

Metallurgical industry: aluminate mother liquor heating or cooling, steelmaking process cooling, etc.

Machinery industry: all kinds of quenching liquid cooling, reducer lubricating oil cooling. 

Power industry: high voltage transformer oil cooling, generator bearing oil cooling, etc. Paper industry: bleaching process hot recovery, heating washing slurry, etc.
