There are many factors that affect the sealing performance of gasket plate heat exchanger, mainly including:

1. Working pressure: under the rated working pressure, the equipment may leak due to the abnormal impact load of the system. When the working pressure is too large or there is an unbalanced pressure, it will lead to an increase in the stress of the gasket, thus affecting its sealing performance.
2. Temperature change: temperature change too fast may cause sealing ineffective. The linear expansion coefficient and elastic deformation of the rubber gasket and the sealing preload are not easy to match, resulting in the reduction of the sealing preload, so that the bearing pressure of the device is much lower than the rated design pressure.
3. Plate Heat Exchanger Gaskets: equipment used or placed for a long time, its gasket may age, lose elasticity, resulting in drip phenomenon. At this time, the drip problem can be solved by tightening the bolts of the composite plate heat exchanger again and adjusting the pressing force of the elastic gasket between each device.
4. Impact load: In some cases, the impact load may cause the rubber gasket of the detachable plate heat exchanger to move, thus affecting its sealing performance.
