Structural characteristics of brazed heat exchanger:
Brazed heat exchanger is an upgrade of sealed gasket heat exchanger. It is composed of the head and tail baffle plate and the herringbone corrugated plate. The corrugated plate angles of the adjacent plates face opposite, and the wave peaks between the plate components cross each other to form a large number of contact points. Through vacuum brazing, the brazing material is fused with the substrate to form an alloy, so that every contact point between the plates becomes a welding point, which not only enhances the strength of the heat exchanger, but also improves the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger.

Brazed plate heat exchanger application range:
This type of brazed plate heat exchanger is mainly used for refrigeration, evaporator, condenser, oil cooling, steam heating and so on.
When brazed, the contact points are also welded together, forming a compact plate that enables almost all plate structural materials (about 94% of the surface) to be used for heat transfer.
The plates form two separate channels in which the medium forms convective motion, resulting in high turbulence in the channel system, resulting in excellent heat transfer characteristics, and scaling is kept to an absolute minimum even at low speeds.
