The temperature difference in the brazed plate heat exchanger refers to the temperature difference between different parts of the heat exchanger. This temperature difference is mainly caused by the following factors:
1. Fluid temperature difference: in the equipment, the fluid enters from one side, passes through the plate or tube bundle in the equipment for heat exchange, and goes out from the other side. Because the fluid absorbs or releases heat during the heat transfer process, the temperature of the fluid is different at different locations, resulting in a temperature difference.
2. The difference in heat conduction effect: the plate or tube bundle inside the equipment has the corresponding heat conduction resistance in the heat conduction process, and the heat conduction effect between the plate or tube bundle at different locations may be different. This can also lead to temperature differences in different locations.
3. Fluid speed difference: in the equipment, the flow rate of the fluid may be uneven, and some areas may have a faster or slower flow rate. The difference in flow rate will affect the heat exchange effect of the fluid, resulting in the temperature difference.
4. Equipment structure design: the structural design of the equipment will also affect the temperature difference. For example, whether the fluid channel design of the equipment is uniform, the arrangement of the plates or tubes, etc., will affect the temperature distribution.
