Refrigerant Steam-Water Heating Condenser Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger

Brazed plate heat exchanger can be used for heating, industrial cooling, oil press and compressor oil cooling, air conditioning, frozen food, chemical refrigeration, water cooling, drinking water treatment, waste water treatment, heat recovery and other aspects.
In operation and maintenance, if there are particles in the water, filters should be used, and reverse washing with water can remove most of the soft particulate matter.
The compact brazed plate heat exchanger should be reversed washed every 3~5 years with citric acid or other acid solution that does not corrode copper and stainless steel.
Brazed plate heat exchanger has the advantages of no gasket, no leakage, light weight, small size, low price, easy disassembly and installation, and high heat transfer efficiency.The structure can be applied to steam, water or process fluids and can be used when the temperature difference between the two fluids is very small.
Brazed plate heat exchangers consist of stainless steel plates with an efficient heat transfer surface. Stainless steel plates are brazed at high temperatures with 99% copper purity to obtain a tight, leak-free and robust heat exchanger. Compact brazed plate heat exchangers are designed to consist of up to 20 corrugated stainless steel plates, with each second end plate turned upside down to form a large number of contact points between all plates.
