Description of high efficiency fluid bed dryer:
The main body structure consists of bottom bowl, movable product bowl with trolley , fluidized chamber, expansion chamber (filter housing). The bottom bowl, product container and fluidized chamber are inflatable silicon gasket sealed with compress air to assure the reliable sealing.The air passes through the primary filter(G4), medium efficiency filter (F8), high efficiency filter(H13 -optional)and heater with accurate temperature control. The inlet air flow, speed and pressure is variable and controllable. And then the purified and heated air is sucked from the bottom of machine by the exhaust fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material tank into the work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture of the materials will evaporate and removed rapidly out from the exhaust pipe and the raw material is dried quickly.
Work principle of high efficiency fluid bed dryer:
After being heated and filtered, clean hot air is introduced into the air distributor at the bottom of the dryer and flow through a perforated drying bowl on which wet materials are loaded. Under the effect of strong air stream and rotating agitator, wet materials are perfectly fluidized. Moisture evaporates very fast because of thorough contact and heat transfer between hot air and wet material. At the top of the dryer, bag filter is installed to separate fine particles from the exhausted damp air.

1. The state of fluidization to achieve fast heat transmission .
2. Seal negative pressure operation, there is no dust.
3.Using the anti-static filter, it is safe in operation;
4.The equipment has no dead corner so it is easy to clean and there is no cross pollution;
5.It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
6. Machine materials : AISISUS304 , AISISUS316L, and other material .
7. For the electrical component , we mainly use international brand such as ABB ,Siemens or Schneider.
8. Control system has more choices, such as push button , HMI+PLC and so on.
9. Exhaust Fan speed is controlled by VFD.
