Roller compactor is also called dry granulator, it is a kind granulator that can make powder material to granule directly without adding liquid binder, mixing, milling or drying. According to the type of feeding, roller compactor can be divided into vertical feeding and horizontal feeding. Horizontal feeding type roller compactor is advanced in technology, stable in performance and high in granulation rate. The roller compactor produced by our company is horizontal feeding type.

Features of roller compactor:

1. The material is conveyed by horizontal screw conveyor, and the speed of screw conveyor is regulated by inverter, which is convenient for adjusting the feeding amount, the rolling and cooling are even, and the powder is not easy to stick to the rolling. 

2. the whole grain is made on the moving trolley, and the pellet is granulated by a specific angle of the knife, which can be easily granulated. 

3. feeding, rolling, granules, easy to disassemble and clean, in line with GMP requirements. 

4. vacuum degassing device, the efficiency can be increased by 2 to 4 times. 

5. It is easy to replace the screen and less heat in the machine cavity. 6, the whole machine is fully enclosed, fully automatic operation, no dust.
