Description of Two Dimensional Moving 2D mixer:

The 2D mixer for powder blending and it is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dye, feed, chemical fertilizer and pesticide industries and especially suitable for mixing various solid materials with large volume (1000L-10000L).

EYH Series Two Dimensions Mixer mainly consists of three big parts. rotating cylinder,swinging rack and frame. The rotating cylinder lies on the swinging rack,supported by four wheels and its axial fixation is done by two stop wheels Two of four wheels are driven by rotating system to make the cylinder rotate. The swinging rack is driven by a set of crandshaft swinging bar which is mounted on the frame and the swinging rack is supported on the frame.

The rotating cylinder of EYH Two Dimensions Mixer can make two motions at the same time.One is the rotation of the cylinder and the other is swinging of the cylinder along the swinging rack.Materials to be mixed will be rotated when the cylinder is rotating,and will be mixed from left to right and vice versa when the cylinder is swinging.As the result of these two motions,materials can be mixed fully in a short time. EYH Two Dimensions Mixer is suitable for mixing of all powder and granule materials.

2D mixer

Features of Two Dimensional Moving 2D mixer:

1.The drum of the two-dimensional mixer can perform two movements at the same time, one for the rotation of the drum and the other for the swing of the drum with the swing frame.

2.The mixture is rotated, inverted, and mixed with the drum in the drum, and the mixing motion of the left and right back and forth occurs with the swing of the drum.

3.Under the joint action of the two movements, the material is obtained in a short time.

4.Two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing a variety of powder and granular materials.

5. It is suitable for mixing all powder and granule materials.
