The hot air circulation drying oven / Tray dryer uses air as carrier, steam or electric power or hot air stove as heat source. After the cold air entering from outside, the oven is heated by the exchanger, it is forced to circulate and flow through the drying plate and advection with the material in the drying plate for heat exchange. And take away the moisture (moisture) emitted by the material, and return to the heat exchanger (steam heating, electric heating) to heat up again. After several cycles, the moisture in the hot air increases and the ability to absorb moisture in the material decreases. At this time, the moisture exhaust valve needs to be opened to remove part of the high-humidity hot air, and part of the low-temperature cold air is sucked in to achieve the purpose of continuous drying of the material.
