Product details

This mold is used to produce plastic parts with curved shapes and complex curved surfaces. The mold is made of high-quality mold insert steel H13 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The cavity shape of this mold has large curved surfaces and inclined surfaces, and there are multiple angle changes, and the product geometry is relatively complex. When designing the parting surface, it is necessary to consider how to avoid poor filling, shrinkage or welding marks in the sharp corners or thin-walled parts of the product. The parting surface needs to be optimized to ensure that the plastic parts can be demolded smoothly and avoid product damage or deformation. These technical difficulties were solved one by one by our professional engineers and the final mold forming was completed.
