Individually Weighed Batching Plant

Before working, feed each storage hopper with materials by loader. According to the instruction of batching controller , input formula to the batching controller (materials needless must be set at zero). Then press batching button and the machine starts to work.

Feeding system: It’s made up of storage hoppers and feeding equipment, whose main function are to store materials and feed materials into the weighing hopper with the control of control system.

Weighing system: As the key part of weighing system, it consists of weighing hopper, hanging equipment, weighing sensor and batching controller.

Electric control system: The system is mainly made up of batching controller and heavy current circuit. It’s the core of batching machine and is used for weighing, displaying and operating the machine and finishing all automatic batching procedures.
