Description
Stabilized soil mixing station is designed for mixing stabilized materials which uses hydraulic material as bonding agent.It usually mixes at certain place and has lots of advantages.WCD series stabilized soil mixing plant is a new generation product which adopts new technology and innovation by summarizing domestic and foreign advanced mixing technology.It adopts modular design which makes the machine detachable.  Main components of the system
1the ingredients supply system:divided hopper,belt conveyor of various frequency measurement.
2Cement material supply system: cement bin, impeller feeding machine of various frequency measurement,screw conveyor with electronic scale.
3 Automatic water supply system: pressure tank, submersible pump, pipeline, pressure reducing valve,water flow meter, water jet.
4 Aggregate conveying system: aggregates delivery adopts belt conveyor with small dip angle and annular duct tape that is high-quality with seamless vulcanized joints.The equipment has compact structure, operates steadily and reliably and fixed, that can efficiently extend using life.
5 Mixing system: motor reducer, twin-shaft continuous mixer.
6 Storage system: double-discharge storage silo, sidling belt machine,air compressor.
7 Finished material delivery system
Adopting corrugating conveyor belt ,it can achieve  transmission with high inclination and large capacity.The transmission inclination is 40℃。
8 Electrical system:operation control cabinet,operating room.
9Measurement system: The electric parts and electromagnetic speed controller are all produced by well-known manufacturers of both domestic and abroad,and the microcomputer control type concludes manual style and automatic style.
Working principle
1Certain aggregates such as sand,stone, clay, crushed stone are put into the hopper of batching machine by loader,then sent onto the aggregate belt after weighing by weighing belt.
2 At the same time, stabilizers such as lime,cement,fly ash are sent into the cement silo by impeller feeding machine. and then weighed and conveyed through screw conveyor.
3 Both aggregate and powder materials will be sent into central mixer, then mixed into finished stabilized soil. The finished mixture are conveyed into the finished material hopper waiting to store and transport.
