       When you encounter some flat and small-sized products that require multi-color printing and UV curing, and do not have high requirements for cost control and printing speed, it is recommended that you choose a flat automatic screen printing machine with a workbench shuttle. It uses four sets of printing systems and three sets of UVLED curing systems to connect and arrange, while the workbench uses servo shuttles to move cyclically in the four sets of printing systems.
        Fix the product and the jig on the workbench, and the jig will take the product into the first color screen printing, the first UV curing, the second color screen printing, and the second color UV curing until the four colors are completed. The shuttle then drives the gripper and product back to the starting position for the second product.
       This automatic screen printing machine is low in cost and slow in printing speed, but has high overprint accuracy. It is a good choice for small-sized products that require multi-color screen printing.
