  The application advantage of bag air duct system in cold storage project

 Chiller is a common end air supply equipment in cold storage, usually by direct air supply, that is, cold air is directly blown to the surface of the goods at high speed. This method is simple, but it is easy to cause dry consumption of goods and poor comfort of personnel. Large cold rooms will produce cooling blind spots, and the air supply distance is large. The cold room needs to be equipped with a high-power motor, which consumes a lot of energy, so the direct air supply method is only suitable for small and medium-sized cold storage units that store packaged products.

At present, a new type of cold storage air supply is the use of bag air duct system, which is a flexible air distribution system woven by special fibers. It is a terminal air supply system integrating the functions of air outlet, air supply pipe, plenum, insulation material and air valve. Compared with the traditional metal air duct system, the bag air duct has the advantages of uniform air supply, no blowing sense, low energy consumption, no condensation, easy cleaning and maintenance, light weight, convenient installation and so on. It can also use a smaller power motor to achieve greater supply distance.
