11 month agoThe measurement methods of metal plate corrosion in brazed plate heat exchanger include resistance method, line polarization method, chemical method and ultrasonic thickness measurement method. The resistance method is simple and sensitive, but the specimen is processed strictly and affected by corrosion products. The linear polarization method can measure the instantaneous corrosion rate sensitively, but the accuracy is not high. The corrosion rate is estimated by chemical method through solution analysis, while the wall thickness of equipment can be nondestructively measured by ultrasonic thickness measurement.
Stainless steel plate heat exchanger is easy to corrosion, need to take protective measures. There are various types of corrosion, which are related to the material, production and use environment. Material selection, surface treatment, mold design, binder selection and other aspects can affect the anti-corrosion effect. Proper operation and maintenance can extend equipment life, reduce resource waste and loss of production.
