How To Prepare Vanadium Nitrogen?

The production methods of vanadium pentoxide vary depending on the source of raw materials. At present, the production methods used at home and abroad can be summarized as alkali melting method, salt melting method, and ion exchange resin method. The alkali fusion method uses high-temperature roasting of vanadium powder and soda ash to generate sodium metavanadate, which is then neutralized by adding sulfuric acid under heating and stirring to produce vanadium pentoxide.

The salt fusion method uses vanadium ore and industrial salt to be ball milled and then oxidized and roasted to obtain sodium metavanadate, which is then acidified with hydrochloric acid to produce vanadium pentoxide products. This is currently the most commonly used method in industry.
