Fixed and Crane Mounted Fume Hood:
Based on different workshop space requirements, we need to adopt different ways to collect zinc fume including closed, mobile, open and close types of collection. In addition, side or end extraction collection can also be considered.

The collection equipment will not play an effect on galvanizing process and it is easy to operate and maintain. The zinc fume treatment system is equipped with the hood for coordinated use.

The fume removal efficiency has been greatly improved up to 99% thanks to bag dust collector or integrated ionization capture tower.

The dust collection range is expanded, and the bag dust collector can capture tiny particles of 0.1 to 1 micron; there is no secondary pollution, and the bag dust collector does not need other auxiliary media and does not produce secondary media treatment;

The main components of the collected fumes are ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, which can be recycled in the galvanizing line.
