Underground Or Above Ground Pit：
The enclosed room with acid mist treatment system consists of an entry pit, an exit pit, pretreatment tanks,  electric hoists, etc. The pits are located at both ends of the pickling room, respectively, for the entry and exit of white parts. The main function of these pit in the hot dip galvanizing line is to send the items to be galvanized into the enclosure or pickling room, and to take out the items that have completed pre-treatment. The design and construction of these pits ensure the smooth flow of workpieces during the pre-treatment process, and also provide a safe and controlled environment for the items to avoid contamination or damage during the pre-treatment process. Through these underground or above ground pits, the loading and unloading operations of the items can be carried out efficiently, thereby improving the efficiency of the hot-dip galvanizing process and the overall performance of the line.‌
These pits are made of concrete or FRP materials.
