H.B series gear box

Cylindrical gear reducer developed by European standards, called H series, is the most widely used standard reducer. Product features: modular design, increased transmission power, box rigidity, lower noise, smaller volume, higher transmission efficiency. Transmission ratio range: 1.25-450, rated torque range: 2.0KNM-900KNM. In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the reducer, when the thermal power exceeds the allowable value, according to the application conditions, select the fan, built-in cooling tube, forced lubrication cooling module. Cylinder gear reducer frame has 24:3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26. According to the transmission ratio range, it is divided into H1(single-stage transmission), H2 series (two-stage transmission), H3 series (three-stage transmission), H4 series (four-stage transmission). The input shaft of the H series cylindrical gear reducer is parallel to the output shaft, and the internal gear transmission is cylindrical helical gear transmission. Installation methods: horizontal, vertical, torsion arm, shaft mounted, flange type; A variety of output shaft structure: solid shaft, hollow shaft with keyway, hollow shaft with spline, hollow shaft with expansion sleeve, convenient for users to choose, equipment and reducer transmission connection. The high-speed end can also be connected to the motor through a flange. When a backstop is installed on one side of the box, it can be rotated in only one direction. There are 9 assembly forms: A\B\C\D\E\F\G\H\I, to meet the needs of the machine layout. Recommended lubricating oil is: N220, N320, reducer before running, need to fill lubricating oil to the oil line.
