Division boxes (or division) are widely used in equipment and other equipment such as construction machinery, agricultural machinery, full -wheel drive special vehicles, and single -shot low -speed driving operating vehicles. Its main function is to transmit the chassis power between the front and rear bridges. Traditional division boxes usually use a parallel axis gear structure and installed at the back end of the engine to drive the hydraulic pump. There may be an input terminal drive three outputs in the designer design, or an input terminal drives four outputs. The chassis dimer usually adopts a combined structure of parallel axis gears, clutch and differentials. This design not only improves the transmission accuracy, but also has multiple speed ratio transmission switching functions to meet different driving needs. The input and output interface is usually a bond structure to meet the needs of allocating torque and changes. According to the different transmission requirements of the vehicle, the division can be customized. For small batch production, welding boxes are usually used; when mass production is large, the casting box is used to improve production efficiency and product quality.
