The main cause of electromagnetic interference in high frequency power transformer is the suction force between the magnetic core and the repulsion force between the winding wire. The change frequency of these forces is consistent with the operating frequency of the high-frequency power transformer. Therefore, a high-frequency power transformer with an operating frequency of about 100khz will not produce audio noise below 20khz for no special reason.

If the transmission power is small, MOSFET is available. The operating frequency is high.
