① : Transformer can be divided into two kinds of boost and buck, most of the switching power supply is buck. ③: The isolation of high-frequency switching transformers is a safety requirement, in order to ensure the safety of electrical equipment. In the AC input, the switching transformer must have a safe distance to achieve the isolation between the primary AC input and the secondary power, the primary winding of the transformer is isolated with insulation tape, the primary stage on both sides of the skeleton is isolated, and the AC power passes through the human body and forms a loop with the earth, causing the human body to conduct electricity. There are high voltage tests for transformers, generally requiring 3KV.
