How to Make Black Garlic?

1.Loading fresh garlic into the fermenting trays and put them in the fermenting racks.

2.Close the door and start the machine.

3.Start Fermenting procss about 9 days.

4.Start Drying Process after fermenting process.

5.Get Black Garlic.
