Structure of the Continuous Rolling Belt Vacuum Packaging Machine
The composition of such a machine includes the upper cover of the vacuum chamber, the transmission belt, the frame and transmission, the electrical appliances and the vacuum system.The vacuum pump is usually installed outside the machine, while the drive system and electrical system are located inside the boxes on both sides of the machine.

1.When packing,the product moves through the Continuous Rolling Belt Vacuum Packaging Machine on a conveyor belt, which allows for a continuous flow of items being packaged.

2. As the product moves along the belt, it enters a chamber where air is removed from the package, creating a vacuum. This process helps in extending the shelf life of the product by removing oxygen that can cause spoilage.

3. After the air is removed, the package is sealed, often using heat sealing technology, to keep the vacuum intact and protect the product.

4. The vacuum-sealed product then moves out of the chamber and continues down the conveyor belt until it reaches its final position or is removed from the belt.
