MUF0804——8mm diameter ball screw

The MUF0804 ballscrews provide high precision and smooth operation, making them ideal for electrical, automotive, mechanical, and building applications. These 8mm diameter ball screws have an accuracy grade available in C3 or C5, and feature a flanged round nut with a waist-shaped floating deflector. While they typically come with a right thread, a left thread can be produced according to diverse equipment needs.

Miniature Ball Screws Advantage:

1. Small starting torque

Compared to conventional lead screws, the ball screw assemblies require less than 30% of the torque to convert linear motion to rotary motion easily.

2. No backlash

Our high-precision ball screws are designed with a Gothic arch groove, which makes them easy to rotate even using minimum axial play.

3. High rigidity

The preload can be adjusted by using either one or two ball screw nuts to minimize axial play, ensuring that linear ballscrews maintain adequate rigidity.

4. Wear resistance

These smooth-running miniature ball screw is typically made from bearing steel or stainless steel, offering excellent wear resistance during long time using.
