MUF series of ball screws

The MUF0804 ballscrews provide high precision and smooth operation, making them ideal for electrical, automotive, mechanical, and building. These 8mm diameter ball screws have an accuracy grade of up to C3 and feature a standard round nut with a flange and a waist-shaped floating deflector. While they typically come with a right thread, a left thread can be produced upon request for specific part models.

More advantages of screwball:

1. Small starting torque

Compared to conventional screws, the HOJAMA ball screw requires less than 30% of the torque to convert linear motion to rotary motion easily.

2. No backlash

HOJAMA ball screws are designed with a Gothic arch groove, which makes them easy to rotate even using minimum axial play.

3. High rigidity

The preload can be adjusted by using either one or two screw nuts to minimize axial play, ensuring that HOJAMA ballscrews maintain adequate rigidity.

4. Wear resistance

HOJAMA ballscrew is typically made from bearing steel or stainless steel, offering excellent wear resistance and ensuring a long service life.
