MEF1205: 12mm diameter ball screw

Ball screw assemblies consist of a screw and a nut, each with matching helical grooves. Balls roll between these grooves, creating unique contact between the nut and screw. When the screw or nut rotates, balls are directed by a deflector into the nut's ball return system, circulating through it to the opposite end of the nut. The balls then exit the return system and re-enter the screw and nut threads to complete the loop.

End-cap Type Return System: This system involves balls rolling along the grooves between the screw shaft and nut, passing through holes on the nut via paths installed on end cover backers at both ends. It offers an enhanced scraping effect, improved rigidity, and high-speed functionality, making it ideal for high-speed, light-load, and low-noise designs.
