Process: 1. Make a model: According to the design requirements of the case, make a model with the same shape as the case. Two. Prepare the mold: Apply a layer of refractory material on the surface of the model, then put it into the sandbox, fill the sandbox with mold sand, take out the model after tightening it, and get the mold. 3. Smelting metal: Heat the metal material to a molten state to make it have good fluidity. Four. Pouring metal: Slowly pour the molten metal liquid into the mold until the whole mold is filled. 5. Cooling and solidification: Wait for the metal liquid to cool down and solidify in the mold to form a shell casting. 6. Clean up the castings: Take the casting out of the mold and remove the mold sand and debris on the surface. 7. Inspection and processing: Inspect the castings to ensure that their quality meets the requirements. If necessary, the castings can also be machined to achieve higher accuracy and surface quality.
