Fiberglass cloth bonded with epoxy resin made of temperature and pressure, high mechanical properties at medium temperature, stable electrical properties in high humidity. Applicable to machinery, electrical appliances and electronics with high insulation structure parts, with high mechanical and dielectric properties better heat resistance and moisture resistance. Heat resistance grade F (155 degrees). Heat deformation at a high temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, generally not with other metals in a piece of heat, may cause deformation of the metal plate.

Epoxy plate characteristics:

1. The form is diverse. A variety of resins, curing agents, modifiers system can be adapted to almost all kinds of applications on the form of the proposed requirements, which can range from very low viscosity to high melting point solid.

2. Curing convenient. Choose a variety of different curing agents, epoxy resin system can be almost in the temperature range of 0 ~ 180 ℃ curing.

3. Strong adhesion. Epoxy resin molecular chain inherent in the polar hydroxyl and ether bond existence, so that it has a high adhesion to a variety of substances. Epoxy resin curing low shrinkage, resulting in low internal stress, which also helps to improve the adhesion strength.

4. Low shrinkage. Epoxy resin and the reaction of the curing agent used is through the direct addition reaction or epoxy resin molecule in the ring-opening polymerization reaction to carry out, no water or other volatile by-products released. They show very low shrinkage (less than 2%) in the curing process compared to unsaturated polyester resins and phenolic resins.
