Introduction to Zhenan graphite electrode

Graphite electrode refers to a high-temperature resistant graphite conductive material made of petroleum coke and asphalt coke as aggregates and coal tar as binder, which is made through raw material calcination, crushing and grinding, batching, kneading, molding, roasting, impregnation, graphitization and mechanical processing. It is called artificial graphite electrode (abbreviated as graphite electrode) to distinguish it from natural graphite electrode made of natural graphite as raw material.

Processing forms of graphite materials

There are three main forms of graphite electrode processing: pressure vibration method, CNC automatic forming method and mechanical processing method.

Application

(1) Used in electric arc steelmaking furnace

(2) Used in ore-fired electric furnace

(3) Used in resistance furnace

(4) Used in the preparation of special-shaped graphite products
