DL-142 sapphire crystal watch dial

This Watch dial in sapphire crystal. Do you know the material of sapphire? hardness is same as Diamond. Mohr 9. not easy to get scratched on it except you use the diamond to scratch. due to this property, most high end brands use Sapphire as watch glass on the top. esp for Merchanical wrist watch. it is more and more popular too. some brands even use this as sell point for all watches. due to the hardness, it is also not easy to process it. if only cut the round flat shape. it is fine. Below design, the moonphase cutout and each 3 holes on index. total 38 holes + central hole. all these holes cost money. even count the money each holes. haha... it is ture. 

and thickness only 0.4-0.5mm to enlarge the difficulty of process the holes. so this design is not Cheap. but of course, we also do some simple design, just a flat sapphire watch dial with Lume printed on hour markers and logo. it is comparably cheaper than below design. 

Welcome OEM and ODM. also okey to do different colors on glass for some functions.

NO, we can't, all with Authority letter for export. with your own logo, it is fine.

Lead time for sample would be around 20-25days depends on the watch dial design

Lead time for mass production would be around 30-35days.
