How to make the MOP to a watch dial?

MOP Watch dial is a dial never out of date. A natural ocean Mother of Pearl watch dial is very elegant as its simple design. like below. Drilling the shell is dangerous work too. the dust during drilling is extremely fine and sharp to damage the workers' lungs and windpipes. A perfect dial piece to be cut less 0.2mm thin by a machinized cutter.then glue the MOP piece on the copper base to be a total watch dial thickness.0.45mm. then balance steps are same as normal watch dial. applied index or UP sticker and custom logo.
