DL-107 watch dial

This Enamel watch dial is highly glossy dark blue enamel background, with Rainbow colors glitters spray on it. it likes starry starry night sky to attract people's eyes. these iridescent glitters are not only one color as usual. to be different colors mix in the watch dial. 

to make the enamel watch dial, ground-up enamel to be put on metal disc. mixing the powder with water and brushed it to the surface. then put in oven at temp around 800-1200 degree, the enamel melts and flows the full watch dial. cooling procedure. then sanding it to the flat. the process is repeated several times till thickness and effect achieved. below watch dial, rainbow glitter spray on the enamel liquid and baked. the glitter and enamel melted together due to high temp. Leave the holes for applied index. to be available for every kind of hour maarkers, triangle indices, bar indices or Stones or Stone in the metal holder... 

To be a good watch dial for Luxury watch and Mechanical automatic watch. 

Enamel watch dial is not so easy to handle with. as it is too easy to get the dust or dirt or hair lines. it requires a professional and skilled watchmaker for assembly.
