The Piston Seals QYD type is a specialized seal designed for cylinders and pistons that meet Chinese standards. It can be used with the groove design specified by Chinese standard JB/T6656.

The Hydraulic Piston Seals QYD has a wide application range, including working pressure of up to 1.6MPa, a working temperature range of -20℃ to +80℃, and a reciprocating speed of up to 0.5m/s. It is suitable for use with compressed air as the medium.

When installing the O Ring seal, it is important to ensure there is axial clearance (refer to columns h and H in the table) and integral pistons can be used. Care should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation to prevent damage to the sealing lip.

The O Rings are made from high-performance NBR material with a Shore hardness of approximately 80 degrees.
