NBR O Rings QYD type is a special seal for cylinder and piston that conforms to Chinese standards. The groove design can adopt Chinese standard JB/T6656.
Nitrile O Ring QYD application range:
Working pressure: ≤1.6MPa
Working temperature: -20℃～+80℃
Reciprocating speed: ≤0.5m/s
Medium: Compressed air.
O Ring Seal Installation:
Such seals shall have axial clearance (see columns h and H in the table), and integral pistons may be used. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, precautions should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation.
Material:
High-performance NBR material with a Shore hardness of about 80 degrees
Order example:
QYD-100 or QYD-100 88 12 or with part number PJ1022B0
