LED bottle UV curing machine is a device that uses LED light source to emit ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength to cure UV ink or coating on the surface of the bottle.

•  Working principle:

LED light source is used as the luminous body, and ultraviolet light is emitted to stimulate the photoinitiator in the photosensitive material to produce a chemical reaction, so that UV materials such as coatings, inks, glues, etc. are quickly cured in a short time. Compared with traditional mercury lamp curing machines, LED light sources have higher energy conversion efficiency and longer service life.
