Floated Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger for High Temperature
Introduction
One end of the floating head heat exchanger is fixed with the shell, and the other end of the tube plate can float freely in the shell, the shell and the tube bundle expansion is free, so when the temperature difference between the two media is large, there is no thermal stress between the tube bundle and the shell.
Structure
Multiple screws between concave and trapezoidal grooves are used for bolting, drilling, or welding. Floating head flange adopts convex flange and trapezoidal flange double seal, split baffle is connected with trapezoidal flange, located at the same end face.
The split baffle and the convex trapezoidal flange are respectively connected with the concave trapezoidal groove and the relative groove of the floating head tubesheet. Corresponding supporting, non-folding ball head and floating head flange welding into a floating head cover, floating head tube plate and flange bolt hole screw hole or screw match, floating head tube plate step groove, opening groove, groove and gasket with bolts or nuts tighten.
