In Warehouse loading docks, the loading job is busy with many trucks or trailers coming and leaving. The Red and Green Dock Light can be a useful way for warehouse workers to communicate with outside drivers and send them proper signals to park truck or drive away. Dock Light can improve work efficiency and warehouse loading docks and also make loading job safer, together with Truck Restraint and Dock Leveler.

Loading Dock Traffic Lights 2

Light type: LED bead lamp, with long work life.

Light color: Red color and Green color.

Power supply: 1-phase 220±10%V, 50/60HZ.

Power: 12W.

Shell material: ABS plastic or painted steel.

Controller: control panel.

Optional function: interlocking with dock leveler and dock sectional door. When door open and then dock leveler open onto container floor, the traffic light turn red color. Driver can not drive away. When dock leveler draw back and dock door finished closing, the traffic light turn green color. Drivers can drive away now.

Loading Dock or Laoding Bay, is a complete assembly of three parts:

Dock Door: Sectional door or Roller shutter door. It can be thermal insulated.
Dock Leveler: To connect warehouse floo and truck floor. And forklifts can run on it directly into container;
Dock Shelter&Seal: To improve the airtight and seal when loading or unloading goods. It can prevent outside air and dust, and also keep temperature inside room.

It is widely seen in warehouse, factory, and logistics industry. These three parts work together to improve loading efficiency and protect indoor enviroment.
