Product Description
Made of top-grade special alloy materials and after multiple fine surface treatment processes, the transmitter has excellent shock and vibration resistance as a whole, and also performs well in chemical corrosion resistance. The measurement range can be flexibly customized within a very wide range, from a tiny differential pressure of a few Pa to a larger differential pressure of thousands of kPa, which can be accurately measured, providing unparalleled accurate data support for precision control in industrial production. At the same time, it has a fast response characteristic, which can respond to pressure changes in an instant, ensuring timely output of accurate measurement results. In terms of signal transmission, advanced digital signal processing technology is used to ensure that the signal is not distorted during long-distance transmission, greatly improving the reliability and stability of the data.
 
Working Principle
The differential pressure transmitter works based on the advanced piezoresistive effect principle. The core component is a high-precision piezoresistive sensor chip made of single-crystal silicon. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on both sides of the sensor chip through the pressure-inducing tube, the chip will be deformed very slightly due to the pressure difference on both sides. This deformation will cause the resistance value inside the chip to change, and the change in resistance value is precisely linearly related to the applied pressure difference.
The signal conditioning circuit inside the transmitter will amplify and filter the weak electrical signal generated by the resistance change, and then convert the analog signal into a digital signal through a high-precision A/D converter. After further calculation, compensation and calibration by the microprocessor, the digital signal is output according to the standard communication protocol (such as Modbus, Profibus, etc.) so as to be seamlessly integrated with various automation control systems to achieve accurate measurement and efficient transmission of differential pressure values.
