Magnetostrictive level gauge
3 week agoThe working principle is as follows: In the waveguide wire of the level gauge, the magnetic field generated by the current pulse interacts with the magnetic field of the float magnet, causing a magnetostrictive effect and generating a torsion wave. The torsion wave propagates at a specific speed, and the electronic compartment can determine the distance between the float and the electronic compartment by detecting the propagation time of the torsion wave, thereby measuring the liquid level. The entire measurement process is contactless, which avoids wear and tear, ensures the accuracy and stability of the measurement, and can provide users with reliable liquid level data.
